Opening a ticket is similar to sending us an email, except that it does not rely on email delivery for us to receive your question, or for you to receive our reply. You simply need to come back later and log in with your support ticket to the ticket system to see our reply.

Our volunteer support team answers your requests on week days.
After submitting a trouble ticket, please wait for an answer from our volunteer supportĀ  team before sending another support request. We generally answer most trouble tickets within one business day.
